С молодой смородиной можно ни чего не делать.
Подрастёт, вот тогда вырезать старые 5 ти летние ветки, формировать крону.

Мы тоже посадили молодой кустик.
Жена зафигачила его электро-косилкой. Вся кора слезла. Сохнет.((
Может весной пустит нов.побеги.
